On the 7th day, you can actually enjoy your meal; you are allowed to have rice for your lunch. But do not pick white rice instead pick brown rice and have it together with vegetables of your choice. You can eat 1 potato on this day. The best part if for a change you are also allowed to drink fresh fruit or vegetable juices. After completing 7 days diet without any mistake, you will feel much lighter and by end of day 7, you will notice that there is the difference in your weight and body shape.
