Take horseradish and ginger and blend them to together in a blender. Add the lemon juice and churn the blender for 3 minutes. Then add honey and cinnamon and blend it once again to get the syrup. Pour the syrup into a clean glass bottle. Take 1 tablespoon of this syrup twice a day on an empty stomach, like at least 30 minutes before you eat anything. Take this syrup for three weeks and then take a break for 3 weeks before you start to take it again.
